Seeking track length and mounting advice for tricky wall

I'm hoping for help figuring out draperies for a door wall. In the past, I've gone through designers and big companies, but knowing how expensive it is, I'm hoping to order all of the parts online and have them professionally installed, but still have a "high end designer did it" look. Any and all advice appreciated.

I'd like to do a double track as high up to the ceiling as possible, with natural colored sheers and then slightly darker heavier linen panels.

The total measurment of the wall is 201 (140 of actual glass door wall, only 8 inches of wall space to the left and 53 inches to the right). There is also a ceiling air return vent that leaves only 2 inches between the edge of the vent and the wall where the drapery hardware will be mounted.

My questions are:

  1. Since the wall proportions on each side of the glass aren't any where near equal, the draperies will need to be stacked to the right. What should the total length of the track be? More specifically, how many inches to the right should remain between the end of the track and the end of the wall? I'm pretty sure it should not go all the way to the end of the wall, but am not totally confident, so please let me know your thoughts.

  2. How do I get around the air return issue? What is the best track (or rod if need-be) to use and where specifically should it be mounted in order to still be able to change the air filter in the ceiling?

Thank you!
