45 visitors, 2 add-to-carts, 1 sale — is my product dead or worth continuing?

Hey guys, I've been putting a lot of effort into my first dropshipping store — https://nuvorastoreofficial.shop/

I've been running Meta ads for a while now (I know $53 isn't a lot to some people, but I am on a tight budget, so I can't spend much more) and haven't been getting the results I was hoping for. Before I spend any more money, I want to know if I'm doing something wrong, mainly on the ads side.

I'd also love to hear, based on my stats and product, whether my ads + store is set up for success and whether it's worth continuing with this store or scrapping it and testing a different product.

My ad results: 45 visitors, 2 add-to-carts, 1 sale. That's a 4% add-to-cart rate, which isn't good. And $53 spent feels like way too much for only 45 visitors. Also, could somebody tell me if it's worth setting up the Conversions API (CAPI) in Meta and why?

I have spent over a $100 on this store but have not gotten a SINGLE sale! Please roast my store and tell me what I am doing wrong.

Hey all, I run a single-product dropshipping store on Shopify, and I've been running paid ads for a while now. I'm getting decent traffic and even some engaged visitors, but conversions are still at zero. I've spent so much time getting feedback and improving my store to a point where I think it's really good. I've spent a while researching and watching videos online about how to make this thing work, but I haven't even gotten a single sale yet, and I've gotten enough traffic where I would have at least gotten 1 sale by now.

I would really appreciate it if anyone experienced in dropshipping could tell me what I'm doing wrong or how I could improve.

(btw I know my domain name isn't that good, and my ad-to-page match is good)

Spent $100 on ads, got real visitors, zero sales. Roast my store and tell me what's wrong.

Hey all, I run a dropshipping store on Shopify, and I've been running paid ads for a while now. I'm getting decent traffic and even some engaged visitors, but conversions are at zero. My Meta ad stats (CTR, CPM) are pretty decent. Before I burn more money on ads, I would appreciate feedback from people who've actually made this work.

My store is: http://nuvorastoreofficial.shop
I mainly sell neck support pillows in the health and wellness niche.

If you had to guess the #1 thing killing conversions from a 30-second look, what would it be? Pricing? Trust? Page speed? The ad-to-page match? Something in checkout? Appreciate all the help.
