When a newcomer, especially a seller, enters another group, it seems they all go through the same thing.

"He's a scammer." "He's not trustworthy." "He has a lot of bad reviews." "His watch is fake."

Around December last year, my first WhatsApp account got banned. Then the bad reviews about pingfan started popping up, things like "He's going to run away with our money." But six months have passed, and pingfan is still selling.

Before joining this forum, I did have some unpleasant experiences with customers. I believe that happens in any industry, and these kinds of disagreements are common.

Let me explain my workflow. Like most sellers, I work alone. I take photos every day and communicate with everyone. I put almost all my time into it, trying to keep costs low so I can offer the best prices. Some customers even use my low prices to claim my quality is poor, or that I sell factory rejects. I never complain when a customer rejects a watch because of QC concerns – everyone has their own standards, and I respect that. I can arrange a second or even third QC for you. That's very common. If I spot a problem with a watch immediately, I never try to deceive the customer. I just send it back to the factory. Some friends who have worked with me can attest to this.

Sometimes people complain that I'm slow to reply. That's mostly because my previous two WhatsApp accounts kept getting banned, so I had to reduce my login time. But some people still use their experience from months ago to criticize me, or even try to destroy my reputation.

The way I prefer to work is: you send me a picture, and I'll tell you the price and information. Since you're already looking to buy a watch, you probably have done some research. Just send me the picture – it makes our communication simpler. It saves everyone time. After all, adults have lives beyond work.

Regarding after-sales service, I have never refused to provide it. Shipping bumps and knocks are inevitable, and mechanical watches in particular can develop movement issues. But sometimes, you can't demand a completely new watch just because of a minor flaw. My profit margins are very thin, so I prefer to offer repairs or movement replacements. Sourcing a new movement takes time. You can't expect the problem to be solved the very next day. But rest assured, I will always resolve the issue for anyone.

Yes, I did have an unpleasant experience with one of the moderators, and he banned me. But that was definitely not because I cheated anyone out of their money. I don't want to upset more people, so I won't continue arguing about this.

So, I hope everyone can have their own judgment. If you haven't made a purchase, please don't over-amplify the comments you see, because you don't know the facts. I know everyone wants to protect buyers' rights and interests, but please don't overdo it. We are all equal. I offer you the lowest prices. I don't expect your gratitude. I just hope you can feel happy about it, because grown men also need their own toys to light up their busy lives.
