Are theses eggs or are they sick
I bought a bunch of these shrimp online through Amazon. I think these may be all sick and I’m not sure how what I should do now.

Never thought I’d actually post anything here
Im relatively new to fish keeping I Need help identifying this worm in my 20 gallon tank
I Found this long white worm moving around near the driftwood/substrate in my freshwater tank.
I think it may have come from some black sand/substrate I transferred from another tank recently, even though I rinsed it beforehand.
I currently have
4 black skirt tetras
1 molly
1 upside down catfish
around 4–5 ghost shrimp
at least 5 cherry shrimp that I can find
unknown amount of pest snails( but definitely too many)
Does anyone know what this worm looks like? Harmless detritus worm or something I should actually worry about?
Bring out the chart I guess
