I worked for a school district in Florida in support staff that I started two months ago and was on a new hire probation period. When I told my manager I was a reservist he was a bit shocked but generally not upset. then three days later I was called into his office and was let go despite no warnings or performance issues with my work. the only responses I got from my manager was very scripted "well things are not working out" and "not a good fit". Is this shit legal? and is this something that USERRA can help me with.

I'm flipping excited about joining and love the position i was offered, the only issue was the air force base I'm stationed on to do drills is a six-hour drive away and I work a full-time job, does the air force cover flying me in? has anyone delt with this and know a way to make this work?
