GS Grade changes

I am curious if there is any National Park that has attempted to change pay grades to a higher grade recently? I have reached out to my supervisor for two years regarding this and have been told for two years that there are avenues to do this, and he agreed my grade should be moved up due to my current work. I am a GS9, my position used to be an 11. From my understanding the park basically got rid of one of my predecessors and moved the position to a 9 and has not moved it back to a 11. I'm in a building within Resource Management and I am the only branch lead that is not a 11. Every permanent employee that works in this building is a 11 except the chief and me.
I understand the change of administration has changed and halted a lot of hiring actions, but I know parks are hiring permanent positions again (or some). In the past I asked to do a desk audit and got help from my supervisor and was told he would look into doing it and help me but upon starting the process, I was told that "I couldn't do it and wouldn't be helped". I’ve recently brought it up again during my eval and got told “I can’t do anything about it now and I'm not going to push HR”. I really don't want to leave the Park service as I have over a decade here but at this point in my career staying at this pay grade isn't cutting it for me, especially at this job and work.

Overreaction tips

Sorry for the long post. I don’t know how to describe things otherwise.

Just looking for some insight from others.
My son plays on a highly competitive AAA 10U team. He’s been with this team since 8U. He really enjoys his teammates. He’s a lefty so he is limited to where he can play. Last year he got some first base but he’s quick and a decent outfielder too, he played mostly center field. This offseason the team picked up another kid that moved to center field and my son moved to 1B/LF. Midway through this season we started picking up a kid because one of ours got hurt. He’s a righty and moved straight to first base and my son hasn’t seen anything but LF since. Realistically they are the same level of defensive first baseman.
Next year we already know we are adding two more kids, one of which is a big lefty. He’s already guaranteed the 1B position which means mine won’t move out of LF again.
We are seeing a ton of daddy ball happening. Coach’s kid never comes out. He leads off every single game, and he’s never not at short stop. The kid is super talented so I’m not taking away from him. But he never does wrong defensively.

I’m saying all this to see if I’m over reacting or should I look elsewhere? I would like to think my son can play somewhere besides only P and LF especially as a 10year old. But I may be wrong.
The coach’s kid and one other kid are the only 2 that gets pitches called for them. I’ve brought this up to a seperate coach and o got “Coach thinks he can call his own pitches and don’t need a coach doing it”

Sorry for the rant. The end of the day I guess we all want what’s best for our kids.

I am digging into the above ground pool world. I’m just seeking advice on what to get. I bought a cheap one from Rural king a bc phone years back and it didn’t make it 2 years before it had a hole in it and the cartridge filter was terrible. I’d like to stay around 1k-1500ish with a good filter if this is at all possible. I keep reading on intex and bestway but not sure the durability or if they tear easily.

Thanks for any and all help.
