Game not behaving for me. Major frame rate and stuttering issues. Please help.
Quite simply, since the 2001 DTM update the game runs like arse for me now. No clue why, have made all the changes I've read online in regards to others who've had similar issues but it's still awful. Any help or ideas on what to try would be greatly appreciated, video linked below shows what I mean plus has my PCs frame rate counter in the top corner showing the discrepancy going on. Thanks in advance :)
