Why is Brain Fog not listed as a side effect?

I've seen alot of people, especially here on reddit, complain about memory issues, issues with writing and concentration and I've also noticed symptoms like this and basically all studies I found came to the conclusion that it doesn't affect memory or even improves it even my psychiatrist looked very confused when I told him so is it really the medication or some underlying cognitive issue that just gets more pronounced when the medication is taken?

Could having dementia like symptom be a side effect of wellbutrin?

I'm (M17), and I've been on wellbutrin xr 150mg for about 2 weeks, and I also have probable adhd wich is why I take 70mg of vyvanse and to be honest my memory was already bad before wich always made me worry that I might have very early onset dementia but since starting wellbutrin my memory has gotten a lot worse I need extremely long to recall stuff I forget names I then often only remember the first letter and then someone could tell me he's called jack and I would only remember that the name started with a j so I might think james and since then I've also started misspelling common words and I need extremely long to think and today I had a really bad incident wich really made me question if I have cognitive decline I searched for my phone and I then asked my girlfriend if she could call me so I could find the phone then I found it in my pants then I put it on the charger and then I went to the toilet and after that I asked my girlfriend again to call me and she looked at me confused I litterly forgot the hole thing I couldn't even recall it when my girlfriend told it to me that made me extremely scared but I've also noticed a few other cognitive symptoms but I can't remember them at the moment
