Hey everyone, I'm trying to research a parcel that looks promising for my needs. I know a lot of counties across the country have interactive maps where you can see information on the specific parcel such as ownership, taxes, etc.
I am trying to find a map like that for Pittsburgh and Latimer counties in Oklahoma but have this far been unsuccessful. Is anyone able to point me in the right direction?
Hey everyone, wondering if anyone can provide insight. I'm looking at a parcel of land and there is minimal information in the listing and just says "hunting land". I did some research on it and I liked what I was seeing but when I spoke with the agent they said the land is considered lowland and not build able. I have been trying to do some additional research on it and it's not in a flood plain so why would "lowland" automatically mean unbuildable?
Goal with the property is a small cabin and using it for recreational purposes. Maybe homestead some day.
