I've built a prototype for a Jackbox-style party game, and it's testing very well with my friends. It uses the typical setup for this genre: host buys and runs the game, everyone else joins on their phones/browser.

While doing market research for this genre on Steam, I couldn't help but notice that there are barely any games to use as a reference. There's Jackbox, and then a handful of much smaller games, with no real middle ground that I've found.

I'd really appreciate any advice or knowledge from anyone who has experimented with or successfully launched a game in this space.
