The goal is not to be invisible to others but be seen. similar to Canadian Rangers. Non-tactical, i would say bite resistant for sure. Being wool, it is much quieter than leather. Wear cammo sweatshirt under this, disappear capability.
Camo Bibs, worn over aforementioned carharts, these are perfect for long sits. Wear every year when bow hunting. Too warm to travel long distance in, but slow moving recon, perfect.
Kamik boots: deep woods capable. When walking through heavy brush, streams or snow . Can't beat em. Avoiding main roads and trails, for unknown terrain, these are what im going for. Think you cant move? Look up Cliff Young and the Cliff Young Shuffle.
