Built to last?

Me and my wife are measuring the possibility of buying a manufactured home versus a traditional stick build. We are thinking of buying a manufactured home from Clayton homes because we can get a bigger house that way that fits our family and our future growth, well also having a 15-year mortgage and more financial freedom. If we go the stick build route we feel more confident in the long-lasting capability of it, but it puts the 30-year mortgage payments higher than the 15 year mortgage payments on the manufactured home. Do you think that modern manufactured homes can be built to last close to or as long as modern stick builds? Is financial freedom more important than a better built or less maintenance needing house?

Side note: I will be placing the manufactured home on a stem wall concrete wall foundation. That will be set on top of either peer holes or footings just to make sure the foundation is super strong

Building a home

We just moved here and are starting the building process. We got some family land in Shawnee and I was wondering if anyone had any good recommendations on banks to get a construction loan from, or any advice about this whole process. We have a builder we really like but any info you're willing to share would be great.

Best Mexican food

We moved to Shawnee from a Phoenix suburb and I need help finding a good Mexican food spot. I just had unseasoned barbacoa and carnitas and I'm getting homesick. Why is there ground beef on the menus out here? Is there an authentic spot somewhere out here? I'll drive to Tulsa if I have to.
