Hello all,

We moved to a new flat in an old socialist area in Friedrichshain, but we're struggling to find a suitable internet provider. We are two who work from home, so we need a good connection. The DSL didn't help us, with only a 20 Mbps speed (even though the contract says 250 Mbps).

We now have a PYUR, but the router doesn't fit in our cable port and the company pushes us to their 3rd party assistance and these guys send us back to PYUR.

Is it possible to easily switch the ports you see in the picture? If yes, shouldn't it be the provider's responsibility to adapt it to their services?
