Zero progress...

Stubborn old fool - bloke, 55, 6'3 153 kg So started 5 weeks ago, still on 2.5.

  • W1 2 kg,
  • W2 1 kg,
  • W3 1.5 kg
  • and that's it 🤦‍♂️staying exactly the same.

I am weighing myself every day, but trying not to.

Good thing is I am not as food focused anymore, so have to try to eat (qmuch smaller portions), I think I generally drink ok- usually 2 litres of water, same in sugar free squash a day (do also have 1-2 Pepsi max and tea too during the day as well).

I have been struggling with constipation the last 3 weeks, but some ducolax helped. Although I feel like I have a heavy metal mosh-pit going on in there most days 😊

I think I eat healthily (e.g, last night chicken stir-fry, night before grilled steak & salad) breakfast, 2 weetabix, spoonful of yougert and blueberries, lunch is always hard and more often than not I skip it (I know!), but may have a chicken wrap or something.
I have stopped the sweet treat snaking (which has always been my downfall).
