Purchases and Scammed
SO, I purchased the CRT Plugin from the Cymatics.FM website July 25th. I was pretty excited to get it as I've been a returning customer for Cymatics and I use everything I've downloaded and purchased pretty heavily for earcandy and artifacting in my mixes. I figured it'd take a second to go through the inbox, but that wait went from hours to day.
I have sent emails to both support links and Instagram documenting proof of purchase, order numbers and/or email confirmation. Its been weeks and yet I still have yet to get any information or access to a $37 digital purchase from the store. They are active on social media, I get their emails for new stuff and sales, but nothing from anyone about this purchase.
I attached proof of communication, not sure what else to do than to warn others. Full honesty, I'm pissed. Wondering if others are facing the same thing.
