UK Support poor to respond, any similar experiences?

Anyone in the UK had any experiences with Aer in the UK? I have a fit pack on which the stitching has come loose on a part of the bag. I contacted Aer in the UK on the 1st of April and so far have not had much success getting responses from them.

First response from Aer was 24 days after I raised a case with them, only after chasing. since then I have provided photos & receipts multiple times. My last reply from them was 20 days ago asking for additional photos, and that is only after I contacted the US support asking for help as I had chased about 7 times with no reply. the US team replied to me same day with a few hours and contacted the UK team which prompted a response from them the next day.

Bit of a disappointing experience overall after using Aer products for a decade.
