10 years after surgery

I had labrum repair surgery 10 years ago. It took about two years to finally feel complete. Fast forward to now. I started lifting again and I got a job in construction pulling cable. Everything has been good for about six months. One day I waving towards myself, with my palm facing upward ( if anyone can picture this. My arm was completely twisted, while I waved. Hope it makes since) and my arm like vibrated and almost felt like a funny bone. Then at some point I slept on my neck wrong and for 3 days I could t move my neck. That pain went away. All the pain went away. But now my one shoulder I had on the surgery on is fatigued all the time. My deltoid. My trap. Driving. My grip strength is down. I have an MRI on Monday. But I’m just super worried something is fucked up. That I am going to have to switch careers .. again. That I am going to get told I shouldn’t lift. Idk. Looking for any info. Thanks
