Can someone tell me if my new 600 xl is heating like it should?
Attached are some images of the heat graph. Brand new, assembled by Ace Hardware, latest firmware, brand new Bear Mountain Gourmet Pellets from Home Depot. It seems to get to 400 to ~500 in about 20min but then waffles for a bit before shooting up to 600 which takes 35min or so to get to. This is using temp setting at 600, not manual. Thoughts? Bad controller? I’ve tried weber pellets and now Bear mountain.
