Orange line super slow 8/19

The orange line is moving so slow this morning. I got on at Malden at 9:15 it’s now 9:40 and we are creeping into community college. We have stopped multiple times for no real reason at each station. I feel like the lines always run so bad the day before a shut down.

Chronic Night sweats

Hello! I am a 33F weight around 170 lbs and I’m 5’5” tall. I do take 70mg of Vyvanse every day for adhd and 75mg of Effexor XR for anxiety.

I have seen every specialist one can think of and had every test within reason done with no clinical findings but I am at my wits end with this and idk what else to do.

I have been dealing with chronic night sweats for over 10 years. And I mean wake up soaking up every single night. I keep my room cool, I only sleep with one blanket and limit the clothing the wear to sleep. We have ruled out my medication being the causes as this has been going on well before I started them. It’s getting to the point where my sleep quality is being hindered, it’s ruining my hair, my sheets, my mattress everything. I have lived in 3 different states over the 10 years and 4 different homes and the night sweats have happened in each of those locations. No one else in my family deals with this it’s just me. My hormones are fine, they’ve done CT to check for tumors, echocardiogram to check for possible infections, seen an oncologist for possible blood cancer and they turned me away cause they couldn’t find anything. I don’t know what else to do or what to ask my doctor to test.

I’m exhausted, burned out and have no energy what so ever. I just want to feel like a normal person again. If anyone has any insight into what test we could preform or things we should check I would appreciate it. They have tested for Hep, TB, JAKK 1 and 2, ANA, C-reactive, cbc, CMP, Iron, Thyroid, liver, and all have been normal.

Recent Diagnosis Vent

Hello! I am a 33 year old female, I weigh around 170 and I’m 5’5” tall. After a fibro scan I got a diagnosis of stage 3 fatty liver. I don’t drink and never really have, I’ve never smoked I am a moderately active person and have been walking 3-4 miles a day for over a year now. Don’t really eat fast food or eat out and this is the first time a doctor has raised concern over my liver. My whole live I was active played a sport every season straight through college. I am just still in shock that this has never been a problem and now all of sudden I’m told my liver fat is the worse of worse and I need to loose weight, diet and exercise. This diagnosis was given by a Gastrologist mind you they never once asked me what my current diet is and my current exercise regime and gave a treatment plan without any guidance what so ever. My question is do people tend to just see a Gastrologist for this or is it better to see a liver specialist? Should I ask to get a biopsy done to have a better idea of what’s going on with my liver? Like can factors other than your diet and how active you are cause this to happen? Being 33 and never really having serious health issues to being told you need to make drastic changes to avoid the possibility of a liver transplant down the road is a real fork in the road.
