Tech Stack - SQL, PLSQL, Java (Not used extensively)

I am stuck in this company since 5 years due to only one thing which is work life balance. Although the wlb is good, I dont see growth here. Want to transition to Data Engineering.

I have completed the Pyspark, Spark Fundamentals. Studying Azure Databricks from Ansh Lamba. Not getting any interest in ADF.

I saw one course on GCP from Shaik Saidhul.
Experienced people please enlighten me. How should I go about this. What path should I follow. Is sticking to azure is good or shall I go with GCP ?
