What is the purpose of this rosette mount?

This is on a Blackmagic URSA Broadcast G2. I can’t imagine you are meant to connect a tripod arm to the side of the camera. Does anyone know the intended purpose for it? Are there any accessories that can connect to it that would give me additional mounting points or a cold shoe mount for connecting other equipment?

Someone used my gmail address for their Straight Talk Wireless account

I started getting emails from Straight Talk Wireless about “my account”. I don’t use STW, and never have before. I have verified that it is legitimate. I’m not really sure how they would have set up the account in the first place without accessing my email account. It concerns me from a security standpoint. My gmail address is very simple, nicknamelastname@gmail.com. An example (NOT my actual address) is billjones@gmail.com. I got it back in the early 2000’s when you had to be invited to get a gmail address. So it’s not outside the realm of possibility that someone with my name could mistakenly use my email address.

My question is, what do I do about it? Do I do nothing? At one point I did a password reset and logged into the account in an attempt to see who was using it. The reset link came to my email. The name was the same name in my email address. The first name was my nickname, the last name was my last name. I always use my legal name for utilities like my phone service. The address was a PO box in Arizona. I live 1,000 miles away from there. I was also able to see the phone number attached to the account.

Do I reach out to whoever it is and tell them they are using my email address? I don’t want to do anything malicious, though I easily could cancel this poor fool’s phone service. I’m more worried about this from a security standpoint and the fact that someone is using my name and email address for their phone service.
