MSL sign on bonus, does that happen?
I am a clinical provider looking to pivot to MSL role but my contract wants 120 days notice if I quit my job or, if my notice is less than this they can require me to pay back my licensing and malpractice premiums back. I think it would be worth it to break the 120 day notice for an MSL position but could I ask for a sign on bonus to help me get out of that clinical position that could be around 5k in penalties? If so, what amount of sign on bonus is reasonable to ask for?
