Looking to volunteer 1 hour of my time to pet/walk dogs in Dar (Individuals or Orgs)

I am currently living in Dar es Salaam and am a huge dog lover, but I don't have a pet of my own here. I'm looking for opportunities to spend about an hour on weekends or part-time interacting with, petting, or walking dogs.
What I am looking for:
Organizations: I am aware of Every Living Thing and plan to reach out to them for their public/volunteer hours, but I wanted to check if there are any other animal welfare groups or rescue initiatives active in Dar that need volunteers to socialize rescued pups.
Individuals: If you are a busy dog owner in Dar who needs an extra hand walking your dog for an hour, or if you have a social dog that loves meeting new people, I would love to help out for free.
