Fell for Robot Verification Terminal Malware--feeling Stupid

Hello, I was trying to download a youtube MP3 and was prompted to open terminal to paste a base64 code. I know I was dumb. I now know I fell for a ClickFix malware.

Soon after, a "system preferences" popup appeared, asking me to "enter your password for continue". This was where I realized I fell for a scam. I did not enter my Mac's password. However, there was no way to close the popup, but upon digging on Reddit, I found that typing "pkill -f osascript" into terminal gets rid of the popup. (It appeared again a few times, but stopped appearing.. for now.)

I know I was extremely stupid to paste that command into my terminal. However, I did NOT enter my Mac's password.

Am I ... safe?

I did change my passwords to every website I could think of on a separate device.

Really stressing myself out... I know this was a silly mistake, but I would appreciate anyone's input.

Possible reason for Korea's gender discourse (from a male perspective)

Every now and then there's a few posts with linked articles about Korea's current gender issues, and I've been seeing many discussions on the reasons behind it. As a Korean male who lived and studied in the US and am currently working in Korea, here's what I speculate to be a significant source of frustration from (young) men that fuels into this whole gender debacle. (Preface: I don't want to turn this into a keyboard battle-- just my two cents from my experiences & am interested in what others here think)

I think the main issue from young men is relative deprivation largely stemming from the opportunity costs of conscription.

The bigger issue is that what some may believe to be a relatively short period of 1.5 years actually posits a significant disadvantage career-wise, and this seems to be often overlooked here. Most have to take 2 full years off from school, or, in my case, I had to take 3 years off.

For instance, it took me 4+3 years to graduate from undergrad, and by the time I graduated from law school my female peers from college who also went to law school were already lawyers with 3 years worth of biglaw paychecks under their belts. I too would've liked to have worked in biglaw for 3 years, as I too had tons of student loans that I could've paid off with all that money. Admittedly, I got to do civilian service and had a desk job at the city government where I studied for most of the day, which is arguably better than military service. But this is obviously not the case for those in the military.

The same could be said for the job market. While women may afford to take a year off from school for full-time internships, men may not be able to do so as they're already 2 years behind or risk graduating in their late 20s. At my office alone, quite a few of our female interns/legal assistants are college students who took a semester or two off to work full time. This would at most push back their graduation and the start of their careers by a year, while most men wouldn't feel comfortable doing this as they're already graduating two years late. I guess this would also delay marriage and having children, though this is another issue on its own. All in all, I don't think this is just about wasting 1.5 years or how men are salty at the 18~21 months of serving, but the domino of disadvantages from conscription that they face as a result.
