Can someone please help an old man out with warping? (Willing to pay $)

I'm trying to warp a song so I can align it with the metronome at 103bpm so that I can do a drum cover. The whole thing warped nicely except for one section that just strays off the metronome. I've Googled and watched endless videos but I'm an old man and am just not making any progress on fixing this section. I've isolated/split the problematic section and bounced it to a new track. But I just can't fix it.
If anyone would be so kind as to have a go at it I would be endlessly grateful.
I've uploaded the Ableton 12 project in a .zip file to my Google Drive.
I'm aware that the end of the whole song goes out of sync but I'm ok with that as it's freeform and I can work with that bit.
