I could personally use more smoke I like my salmon on the harder smoke side
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil was Amazing probably some of the best oil I’ve had in a Tin

This was very good had an amazing spice level !!!

Wow!!! I really wasn’t expecting it to be this good…
Salt level is the best I’ve had on a Tin Salmon,it’s there but doesn’t over power the beautiful fish

This was Insane !!! I am very new to the Tin Game but this is hands down the best salmon I have had .. I’m blown away from the way it’s smoked to the packaging to the the birch syrup

Beautiful rainbow trout from Porthos!!! It was very light, flaky and a subtle smoke note to it , The olive oil was top notch
