Added my partner to my diamond membership - and now we have both been downgraded to platinum…!
Rather an infuriating situation to be in - we both had individual diamond memberships which allowed access to almost all clubs in UK and Europe etc which we both used as we travel for work a lot.
Went into home club to enquire / discuss a joint membership to be told, nobody here can discuss - all done on the app - add your partner there.
So went ahead with this, only to find out we have been downgraded from diamond to platinum - this was never communicated to us and not what we wanted at all - we would have stayed on our single memberships had we known.
The infuriating part is there is absolutely nobody to talk to - in club managers, direct you to the app - and there is no response at all.
Wondering if anyone else has had the same experience and how they navigated, as feeling exasperated!
