"Here we go again" - In Germany, we have the expression “Daily greetings from the groundhog” — basically our version of “Groundhog Day.” I’ve personally made it a bit of a mission to finally find a decent Town Hall 17 ranked base somewhere between the Dragon and Electro Dragon meta that can actually hold up. Of course, you still pretty much have to stick with Invisible bases. I also attached the result of this ranked week as a screenshot. Most of the time, the bases just get completely rolled over. I’m winning almost every attack with 3 stars myself, but I’m still not climbing.

Out of the four bases shown above in the screenshot, marked A, B, C, and D, which one would you recommend for this week?

You wouldn’t just be helping me, but probably also other players in the future who are stuck in similar situations and struggling either to climb in Electro leagues or to survive in Dragon leagues.

I’ve been playing TH17 Ranked for about a month now (4 weeks) and I just can’t break into Electro League / E31.

Every single week — and I’m not even exaggerating — I average around 2.9 to 3.0 stars offensively, but on defense I literally get tripled almost every attack.

I attached 2 base screenshots and wanted to ask which one you’d recommend for current Ranked meta.

From what I’ve read/heard, TH17 in Dragon 30/E31 kinda relies on either:

double Invis Towers or

Invis + Rage

because you basically have to pray some dude brainlessly spams Hydra / Dragons / E-Drags and messes up the attack.

Also, if anyone has a solid TH17 base that actually holds up in Ranked and could help me push into Electro League, I’d really appreciate it. I’m open to trying anything at this point.
