Push Notifications - Lorex Cirrus app
I have 6 wirefree cameras connected to my LHB926 Series NVR functioning since October 2018. The system utilizes the Lores Cirrus app on my smartphone. Around the end of June 2026, I stopped receiving push notifications.
I've uninstalled the Lorex Cirrus app and re-installed it. I've checked to make sure the NVR is current on the firmware. I've powered down the NVR and powered back up. The NVR is recording events 24/7 on all 6 cameras, and I can see via on a monitor connected to the NVR events as they occur in real time. I can remotely view all 6 cameras live and recorded events on the Cirrus app. The notification setting is turned on in the app. I'm just not getting push notifications.
On a side note, I have 7 Lorez PTZ cameras under my account as well also functioning for several years. For these cameras I utilize the Lorex Classic app. I am receiving push notifications on the Classic app.
Anyone have any possible solutions on how push notifications can be resumed on the Cirrus app? I've reached out to Lorex directly a few times explaining my issue with no resolution offered.
