SD card corrupted after using it in my 3DS

My 64GB Verbatim micro-sd card (that i used with an adapter to full sized SD) corrupted after using it in my 3DS. It's not completely gone, as all the files show up when i put the card into my pc, but i can't format it, can't take files off of it, or put files on it. I've tried the basic things such as trying on a different computer, trying a different SD crad, and trying a different adapter, but nothing has workd. I'm probably gonna buy a new one anyway but just wondering if theres any way to save the card. I'm prepared to take it apart if I have to. Just to clear things up, when i put the card into my pc, i get an error saying theres something wrong with the disk and it needs to be scanned. I also Don't care about the files on the card as i have a backup of my files, I just want to get the card itself working again.

Is there a way to get NDS files on the home menu of the 3DS?

Always launching my NDS games through the twilight menu takes pretty long. I'm just wondering if theres any way to put them, or shortcuts of them on the home menu. I've figured out how to put GBA files and other game types on the home menu by formatting them to CIA files on my pc, but somehow none of my approaches supported NDS files. Any help would be appreciated.
