New to running, can I run everyday

Hi, I’ve been running for about 3 months. Within the last two weeks I’ve been able to run a 5k continuously without stopping. Im really enjoying it and I want to be out everyday. I go to the gym 3 times a week and weight train, I eat relatively healthy and usually only run 30-40 minutes.

I don’t feel like I have an injury or that im overworking myself but I’ve seen many posts saying that you shouldn’t run everyday if you’re a new runner. Fast track to injury and what not.
