Ex partner at previous address has been using the Internet service I set up there since last November - England
So a little more context, I let my ex partner off with the Internet bill up until 3 months ago. we split up semi-amicably and I knew she would struggle to pay.
So 3 months ago she agreed to have the debit details put onto her card. I'm still classed as the account holder. I have proof she agreed to this via text messages and I even took screenshots of the conversation.
Since then I've contacted Virgin Media after every missed payment to keep them updated on the situation so they can note down the situation. It's at the point as of today that it says that the service has been suspended at her address. Which once again is my previous address.
Last month I was informed debt collectors would be going to that address if there wasn't a payment made this month. So the question/s being, Could she redirect them to my address? Seeing as I have sufficient evidence (In my opinion) should I just let this play out?
Any advice would be brilliant as this has been an ongoing stress for me for months.
