Hey all - trying to find a reasonable DIY recipe replacement for something akin to Odie’s and I may have messed up. I made a last minute decision to go 1:1 on my citrus/tung (pure) ratio, after reading about thinning, but now I’m questioning my life decisions.

Current recipe is
9 oz tung
9 oz 100% essential orange oil
3 oz carnuba
3 oz beeswax

Was boosting the citrus so high a mistake?

Also, I’m wondering if it’ll stain the wood with an orange hue?
