I have a Ninja toaster oven/air fryer that flips up vertically when not in use. I use this thing all the time and the grease buildup is super hard to clean. It has permanent heating elements for the air fryer on the top and bottom, so they get in the way of getting to the back of the unit to clean it out.

I’ve tried baking soda paste, Barkeepers friend, glass cleaner, and good old elbow grease, but I cannot reach the back of this thing to get it fully clean.

Can anyone suggest an effective way to do this? I’m getting really frustrated with it.

I was thrifting today and scored a gorgeous piece of Blaisdell stoneware for $3. I was stoked to find it!

The only problem is - I can’t figure out its function. It’s got this sort of hollow, chimney-like structure in the center and I’ve never seen this before. Here’s a photo - my hand is for scale. AI says it’s a ring cake mold, but that can’t be right. The chimney piece is too small for that.

It is signed on the bottom, and it’s in pristine condition, so I doubt I would ever use it anyway, but it’s driving me nuts not knowing what it actually is!
