Meditating while indoor rowing
Hi everyone,
I’m trying to work on stress relief, and to that end, I meditate regularly.
I’ve read that many people also describe rowing as a meditative activity.
But how exactly do you get into that state?
I bought a cheap rowing machine last year, got hooked immediately, and two weeks later, I bought a Concept2.
When it arrived, my initial enthusiasm was huge, but it gradually started to fade. Eventually, I couldn't even last 20 minutes because I got bored.
Now I want to give it another shot and approach it differently.
No YouTube playing in the background, no music.
I want to relax, rather than trying to improve my 500m times.
How should I go about this?
