my father who passed away last Friday went to New york only once in the 1990s here are some photos of his trip he remembered the restraint being completely empty and all of new york being somewhat empty that weekend in one of the photos he laid on the concrete at the base of one of the towers and took a photo up the side in another you can the the window washer for the tower in the upper corner
