Wound and Hair!

Hey guys update/help I have separation in my perineum right next to my anus and it is almost gone! BUT … I can’t see it the hair from my ass is growing almost into the wound so I cannot tell how deep it is anymore. What did u guys do to eliminate hair near ur surgical sight my main want is to remove the hair to see the wound better but it’s so long it’s hard to tell. Any help is appreciated!

TLDR: ass hair too long and growing into perineum separation and asking how to safely remove hair neat the possible open wound

Forearm/wrist flex ability

Hey guys! I had stage 1 RFF a month ago I was wondering how long it took u guys to do a push up again. Nothing fancy nothing huge or even using SUPER light weights at the gym but in a way ur palm had to be flat I love push ups they are my fave I’m scared about how long it’ll take me to be able to do them again depending on the flexibility of my skin? I’m not cleared to work out yet I just want to make sure once I get the all clear I don’t have my hopes up too high and think I can do light work outs but be unable to bc my palm only goes about about 1/2 way flat compared to normal rn. Thanks for the help guys!

Hey guys! I just had RFF stage 1 5 weeks ago. How long did it take you guys to go back to the gym? Doc and PT said to use arm for daily activities and in PT they said to stretch and do exercises until I feel uncomfortable not until I feel pain. The gym was a daily thing for me specifically chest exercises I love them. So when did you go back to the gym even lightly? All support is appreciated gym bros 😂👊
