Bought this unit for $120 it was way heavier than I expected but I'm excited to be using this on all sorts of cooking projects.

Also if anyone has tricks for cleaning the blade guard I'd appreciate it. Removing the blade is scary to say the least. I think I'll get some cut gloves for cleaning.

Pics are after a run with cream of tartar and rinsing with vinegar and water to remove dark color.
This will greatly compliment my 21 quart canner

$40 but the cover is broken. Will it work without the cover?
