What are the common signs of being no offered? Also, in the final week will they let you know you’re not getting an offer or just say nothing and the position ends?

As the summer progresses do firms commonly hold events where they don’t invite the SA’s they don’t like?

Currently having a fear of being no offered. Have had quite a few awkward interactions with some partners and associates and have had a few roadblocks and hiccups with assignments not coming out as good as I want to and being submitted later than I want to. I like the firm a lot but I’m not sure if I should be starting to look elsewhere.
