Recently, i sold my old GPU and bought a 9070xt. Currently im running it with my old I7 10700f CPU. My RAM is 32gb DDR4. My friend say this is severely bottle neck my GPU and at most it would only run at 50% capacity. So What is my path of upgrading here ? I was looking at the microcenter 7500x3d combo at $300 but im not sure if it worth going for it. Or save for a $600 7800x3d combo. How much improvement am I expect to gain ? Advices are much appreciated.
