Did you pick your industry on purpose or fall into it? If you pivoted, what pushed you to make the move? And if you stayed, what made it worth staying?

I’m in B2B SaaS, in an industry that isn’t very exciting to me. The work itself is fine and I’m doing well, but I wonder whether I’d go further somewhere I actually found the space interesting.
