Hi everyone. I am an incoming international student at UBC, and I am looking to purchase a car sometime in September and hopefully get a parking permit on campus. However, I read that there are waitlists and things related to it, I am not entirely sure. My worry is that since I will not have the car registered until the semester starts, I cannot join the waitilst without the plates. Do you know how long usually the waiting takes? I hope I won't have to park an hour away for the whole semester. Thanks in advance. Btw, I'll be living in Walter Gage.

Hi, I am one of those few people who enjoyed the Raumdeuter role in FM24 and would like to morph my wide forward with instructions into a more of raumdeuter-ish player. What are your opinions on good pairings/tactics with that kind of role? So far, I've been thinking about a trio with a holding target forward and an assymetric second striker. I would love to hear your thoughts and ideas.

Is there a way to check future incoming transfers/expired contract signings in FM26. I've been playing this game for so long and still have trouble finding some of the crucial tabs, unlike in FM24.

I am thinking of starting a save in Italy's lower levels (6th tier) with a custom database. Does anyone here have experience with a similar save (specifically Italy would be helpful) and could share their story/tips?
