What if your reps could roleplay before a real call?
I think this could be a really cool way for newer reps to train instead of just reading through scripts or PDFs they could actually roleplay real scenarios before talking to a customer, seems like a much better way to get comfortable with objections and learn what to say. Would you guys use something like this for training?
