Love working with the larger models, criticism welcome.

I’ve assembled my bladeguard veterans and I used a bunch of pieces from the ultramarines upgrade sprue. They’re pretty decked out as is, when do you guys decide when enough is enough? The center one will be the sergeant so I feel like he can be a little busy.

Took your advice and criticism, I’m still new to Warhammer and painting minis so as before, all criticism is welcome. I’ve really enjoyed adding magnets for all the arms of the terminators and heroes. Between that and magnets for heads you can really add a lot of personality! I just acquired the last 2 sets I need to finish a 1k army. I’m excited to finish them this summer and keep you all updated!!

Picked up an ultimate starter set for the space marines, started with the sergeant. Gun bore drilled out, all heads magnetized and feeling good about that, love to reposition the heads. I spent probably 6-8 hours painting this one and I’d say I have 1 or 2 more passes of highlights and touch ups til I feel it’s “done”. Would love to know what more experienced painters think. (I live with imposter syndrome, it’s really hard for me to judge myself. I feel like I’m on the right path but it’s hard to tell.)
