I work early mornings in Little Italy, this happened on W Date st in between State st and Columbia st. Right by the church.

As I got into work my co workers told me about a man outside screaming and banging on cars. I didn’t see anything but it happened at 4:45am and I got into work at 5am.

Apparently the guy was screaming “I had 9 million dollars now I have nothing” and just kept walking/running around hitting cars. In the video he even tries to run up to someone driving their car.

Once he notices my co worker filming he calls her a fing bitch and threatens her. She doesn’t speak English very well so she definitely didn’t understand the verbal threats he gave. She just knew he was unhinged.

Id want someone to do it for me so I left a note on the two cars that got hit in the video. I’m posting this here as I’m not sure how many other cars hit and you may need the video🤷🏼‍♀️

Cops never came either 😅 my co worker said she called before recording the video.

She created a traffic jam on the on ramp to 5 South in pb, cars in the merge lane going 70mph+ almost hit her because she was going 30 mph…couldn’t believe the reveal, looked like straight out of a cartoon. 😅
