Advice for someone who is entering fourth year in civil engineering in india

I am.currently pursuing my btech in an NIT

I am not clear about which domain I'm interested in

As of now I like pavement engineering and everything else scared me

I just want advice about how did you know which is the one for you

Also what skills help in getting good pay in this domain

Where to learn from

What to do

And the scope of everything in this domain

I feel like I wanna know what each division is about inorder to know what i align with on a company level not theoritically

And about finding a mentor as a student in order to learn

What about exchange courses

And also scope of phd mtech etc etc

Also about better opportunities for a job

Will it be hard for a fresher to land a job ??

Are the opportunities good in india or other countries like germany us uk japan norway Singapore etc rn

Open to advice from anyone in the industry
