Advice/perspective before vacation?

Hi!

I’ve been doing IF on and off for about a year, and every time I’ve committed to it, I LOVE how I feel. I drop weight, I have more energy, my stomach feels so much better etc.

I have been very committed to OMAD for the last 2 weeks and have dropped an encouraging chunk of weight (5lbs) and just feel GOOD.

Here’s the thing: I have a trip coming up that I’m nervous about ruining all these good vibes- it’s a cruise. So all you can eat, all the time.

I haven’t been getting much food noise if at all, so I’m less concerned with “breaking” vs just being reasonable.

On vacation, what are some things that have helped you be balanced? Do you like to loosen your eating window? Keep it the same? Ditch it altogether and just try to enjoy?

For reference, I don’t have much weight to lose, I’m about 7lbs from my goal weight, but I am VERY tired of losing the same few lbs over and over again.
