Forward Collision and Dashcam

Do any of you guys know if dashcam placement or dashcams in general affect forward collision/cruise control system. I have my dashcam behind the rearview mirror off towards the passenger side.

I need some help cleaning the inside of my gauge cluster the cleaning solution some how got on the other of gauge clusters lens and it looks disgusting now any tips
