What matters more for UW CS and SE admission, projects or contest scores?

I feel like i'm weak when it comes to contest, but have good grades and decent projects.

With my projected avg and ecs is Waterloo SE or CS possible(what are my chances looking like)?

Projected avg: 97

ECS:

- Captain of the varsity + junior soccer team
- Cofounded schools first hackathon club
- Executive for engineering club
- Part time job as a math tutor
- AI co-op
- Developed 3D kinematic projectile tracker, using python openCv platform, combining linear algebra with euclidean geometry and other physics based concepts
- Developed LLM QA tester that assess the responses and accuracy of AI models(Llama, Microsoft Phi, etc)
- Both projects published on github with technical whitepaper
- DECA provincial qualifier
