Harder kick
hi!
quick question; I have an old trance song that I want to play at a party. but the vibe there is hard trance, so I want to add a bit of an harder (still trance) kick to the song. Is there an (easy) way to do this?
thanks!

Okay I will keep this short, but to get an idea of my situation:
I work at a big company in a small team. I am the only junior among senior and lead developers and I just started two months ago. The codebase is very legacy and because of pressure from clients and business often developers choose to go for the quick and dirty legacy fix instead of building it the correct way.
There is a vision to build new things in the new and nice project, but I am sceptical. I already see ‘new’ projects being built. But because there is not enough time, they build it quick and dirty anyway. I see them trying to build the software correctly, but more often then not they fall under the pressure from the business. I am hoping that the new big projects get build in the new nice way, but I’m just not sure.
Apart from this being a problem, I don’t think this should be my problem as a junior developer. I should be in an environment where I can learn how to become a good SWE, but now I am more learning about legacy and domain knowledge. I seem to be the one coming up with nice refactors and good architecture decisions. And that’s not what I want, I want to be in a position to learn from senior developers to become a better SWE.
So now I don’t know how to proceed or how to address this to my manager. So I hope some of you guys can help me on this or even just share experiences.
